RAS FINGERPRINT™ (with or without aldosterone)
Description: In a single analytic run, quantification of 8 angiotensin peptides, with the optional addition of aldosterone: angiotensin I, angiotensin II, angiotensin 2-10, angiotensin III, angiotensin IV, angiotensin-1-9, angiotensin 1-7, angiotensin 1-5, aldosterone in pmol/L.
Method: Samples are subjected to a controlled equilibrium followed by solid-phase extraction and analysis via LC-MS/MS. Based on methods developed by Attoquant Diagnostics (PMID: 28209222; 28007153).
Type of sample: Serum (preferred) or heparin-plasma
Volume: 200 uL (minimum) - 400 uL (preferred) For small animals: 100uL
RAAS TRIPLE-A™
Description: Quantification of angiotensin I, angiotensin II, and aldosterone in a single analytic run in pmol/L. Includes calculation of equilibrium angiotensin-based biomarkers for providing information about the activity of the RAAS: PRA-S, ACE-S, AAR-Ratio (PMID: 32068832).

Description: Analysis of additional components of the RAAS using LC-MS/MS-based methods developed by Attoquant Diagnostics, including quantification of angiotensinogen, plasma renin activity, and ACE2 activity.
